Our Strategy
G12 means Government of 12. The number 12 is based on the example set by Jesus. He chose 12 disciples, built a permanent and intimate relationship with them, and modelled for them so that they were in turn able to lead and disciple others with the character of Christ. Acts 1:20-26, Num:1-2. We accomplish this throught 5 simple steps below.
#1
Win = Evangelist + Rescuing
Acts 14:21 : They preached the gospel in that city and won a large number of disciples.
#2
Consolidate = Pastor + Mentoring
Acts 14: 21b-22 : Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch, strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith.
#3
Discipleship = Teacher + Coaching
Acts 14:22b : “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they teach.
#4
Send = Prophet + Empowering
Act 14:23 : Paul and Barnabas appointed elders for them in each church and, with prayer and fasting, committed them to the Lord, in whom they had put their trust.
#5
Supervision = Apostle
Acts 14:27 : On arriving there, they gathered the church together and reported all that God had done through them and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.
